CCF Foundation

Foster family support, Save-A-Christmas events, youth volleyball (Seth’s Gym), and YMCA partnership.

CCF Foundation (Christian Carstens Flosi Foundation) is our family nonprofit — a 501(c)(3) Arizona organization doing direct, practical good for foster families, young athletes, and the local community since 1996. I serve as President.

Foster family support

We stand alongside foster families with material help and hands-on support. The flagship tradition is Save-A-Christmas — an annual shopping day that funds gifts, meals, and a real Christmas experience for kids in foster care who would otherwise go without.

  • Running since 1996 (first alongside Christian Family Care)
  • Volunteers paired with kids for a guided shopping trip
  • Gift packages, food support, and community fundraising each season

Event details and volunteer notes live on the Save-A-Christmas / Christmas for Kids page. Active campaigns and donations: Foster Family Support on ccf.foundation.

Events

Beyond the holiday shopping day, CCF hosts and supports community events — fundraising, volunteer days, and gatherings that keep the mission moving year-round. Upcoming dates and RSVPs are published on ccf.foundation/events.

Youth sports — volleyball

Through Youth Sports Initiatives, we run Seth’s Gym: weekly all-ages volleyball skills practices (and private lessons) so local players stay sharp between seasons.

  • Footwork, approaches, digging, blocking, and court position (including 5-1 and 6-2 rotations)
  • Small groups (about 6–14 players per practice; RSVP required)
  • Private gym near Lone Mountain & Cave Creek Road

YMCA support

Seth’s Gym works in coordination with the YMCA — players from YMCA teams and local schools are welcome to join practices in Cave Creek. We’re also exploring additional practice opportunities at the YMCA and other gyms as the program grows.
